Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily office operations, including managing administrative staff, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate administrative support functions, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure they are well-maintained and operational.
- Handle vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services and supplies.
- Assist with real estate transactions and property management activities, including lease agreements, tenant communication, and property maintenance.
- Manage budgets and expenses for administrative and operational activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Provide support to the real estate team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between the administrative staff and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
