Job Summary -
We are seeking an experienced, smart and versatile Office Admin to manage the day-to-day administrative and banking operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be required to be on his heels and be able to juggle multiple responsibilities, including VISA application, coordinating office activities, maintaining office records and accounts, and handling various ad hoc tasks for the smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities -
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including managing the calendar, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel.
- Manage travel, accommodation, flight tickets, and making arrangements for meetings.
- Handling various banking-related tasks, including depositing and withdrawing funds, managing account balances, and reconciling accounts.
- Managing office related
- Manage office inventory and supplies, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Perform tasks that require him to step out of the office premises.
- Manage and stock the pantry.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
Required skills/our expectation -
- 2-4 years of experience in an office administration role.
- Has contact with various vendors dealing with T-shirt printing, making welcome kits.
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
