**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Supplies Management**:

- Maintain inventory of office stationery and supplies.
- Liaise with vendors for timely procurement and restocking.
- **Facility Management**:

- Ensure smooth functioning of office amenities such as Wi-Fi, electricity, printers, and other utilities.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks with relevant vendors and service providers.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for facility services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
- Negotiate contracts and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain vendor documentation and service logs.
- **General Administration**:

- Serve as the point of contact for administrative tasks and office-related queries.
- Support HR and accounts teams in document handling and logístical tasks when required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- 1+ years of experience in office administration or similar roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience in vendor coordination and facilities management is a must.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
