**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate buffing and polishing machines to finish metal parts to required surface quality.
- Select appropriate buffing wheels, compounds, and settings for various materials and finishes.
- Inspect workpieces for defects before and after the buffing process.
- Maintain consistent quality standards by adjusting pressure, speed, and angle during operations.
- Clean and prepare surfaces for polishing, removing weld marks, rust, burrs, or scratches.
- Safely handle and move components to and from the buffing station.
- Keep the work area and equipment clean and well-maintained.
- Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report defects, damages, or machine issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Record production details and report completed work daily

**Requirements**:
**- Minimum 10th Pass / ITI / Vocational training in Mechanical or relevant trade.**

**- Hands-on experience operating buffing or polishing machines.**
- Basic knowledge of metals like stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Physically fit to handle manual and repetitive tasks.
- Awareness of workplace safety and usage of protective gear.
- Ability to work in dusty or noisy environments.

Pay: ₹8,927.49 - ₹25,041.59 per month
