We are seeking an experienced **Buffing Operator** to carry out surface finishing operations using buffing and polishing machines. The role requires hands-on experience with various buffing techniques to achieve required surface quality, typically on metal or plastic components.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate buffing and polishing machines to smooth and finish surfaces of metal/plastic components.
- Follow job specifications and quality standards for surface finish (e.g., mirror finish, matte, satin).
- Select appropriate buffing wheels, compounds, and tools based on material and finish type.
- Inspect components before and after buffing to ensure defect-free finish.
- Handle and position parts securely during buffing to avoid damage or accidents.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and safe condition.
- Identify and report defects or irregularities in materials or surface finish.
- Adhere to safety and PPE guidelines at all times.
- Meet daily production and quality targets.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
