Buffing Machine Operator

Location: Chennai | Experience: 25 years

Job Summary:

Looking for a skilled operator to run buffing/polishing machines and deliver high-quality surface finishes on metal or plastic components.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate buffing machines to finish component surfaces
  • Choose appropriate wheels, compounds, and tools
  • Inspect parts before/after buffing for quality
  • Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
  • Meet production targets and report issues

Requirements:

  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Fitter trade (preferred)
  • 25 years of buffing or polishing experience
  • Experience in automotive or metal fabrication industry
  • Knowledge of surface finishing and safety practices
