**Job Responsibilities-**

Respond promptly to customer inquiries received from the team and other communication channels.

Provide detailed information about Ayurvedic products, including pricing, ingredients, usage instructions, and potential benefits.

Manage and track customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accurate and timely shipment details.

Resolve any issues related to order delays, damaged products, or missing items, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Establish strong and positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

Provide personalized assistance to customers by understanding their specific needs and recommending appropriate Ayurvedic products.

Maintain a database of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback for future reference and improved service.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.

**Job Requirements-**
- Proven experience in customer relations or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, specifically Instagram and WhatsApp, for customer interactions.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to address customer concerns and find satisfactory resolutions.
- Familiarity with order management and tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
