**Job Description**:
- To ensure that all goods movements in/out the hotel and stores are accounted as per SOP.
- To verify that officer checks (duty meals), F&B entertainment checks are processed according to the procedure and to maintain a daily entertainment report.
- To ensure proper compliance of min/max, par stock management system and to report the discrepancies, if any.
- To perform daily/monthly food and beverage sales reconciliation between POS sales and inventory format as per bar and to report the discrepancies, if any.
- To perform random and month end physical checks of inventory.
- To assist F & B Controller in preparation of monthly food and beverage costing, recipe costing, event costing and various other reports.
To check void reports on daily basis.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Cocktail world and POS
- Able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a team player.
