Currently hiring for **International Customer Service Executives**.

**Location: Mumbai**

**Industry: Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)**

**Qualifications needed:

- **
- HSC Fresher and experienced in Customer Service can apply.
- Graduate Freshers and experienced in Customer Service can apply.
- Excellent Communication needed - **English.**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Customer service experience would be an advantage, but not mandatory, if Fresher good communication is needed.

**Shifts:

- **
- US - 05:30pm to 10:30am any 9 hours working
- UK - 11:30am to 03:00am any 9 hours working
- AUSTRALIA - 03:00pm to 03:00am any 9 hours working

**Salary:

- **
- **Freshers**:

- **14k** to **25k **+ incentives depending on communications.
- **Experienced**:

- **25k **to **35k **+ incentives depending on last drawn, experience and communication.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Providing information about products and services
- Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Escalating complex queries to the appropriate department
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
