**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand promotion within the EdTech industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in researching and identifying potential leads through online channels, social media, and industry databases.
- Support the team by entering and maintaining lead data in the CRM system, ensuring records are up to date.
- Assist in qualifying leads based on basic criteria and help pass on high-quality leads to the sales team for further engagement.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to help align lead-generation efforts and learn effective strategies.
- Help send follow-up communications to leads, keeping them engaged in the sales process.
- Participate in training sessions to understand lead generation best practices and enhance your sales skills.
- Assist in tracking lead generation metrics and reporting performance to help optimize outreach strategies.

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm to develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**Compensation**:

- **Probation Period**: 2 months
- **Salary During Probation**: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000/month
- **Post-Probation CTC**: ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000/year

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
