**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Trainee to join our team in Bangalore. This is a great opportunity to start your career in marketing. You will support lead generation, assist with campaigns, and build relationships with distributors. **Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new business leads through marketing channels.
- **Distributor Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with distributors.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Support**: Provide marketing materials to the sales team.
- **Market Research**: Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
- **Client Communication**: Address client and distributor queries.
- **Performance Reporting**: Track and report campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any degree (preferably in Marketing or Business).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication (**Hindi and English**).
- Basic knowledge of marketing, sales, and digital tools.
- **Experience**:

- 0-1 year of marketing or sales experience (internship experience also considered).
- Freshers with a passion for marketing welcome.
