We are seeking a driven **Marketing Trainee** to join our team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to start their career in marketing. In this role, you will support various marketing initiatives, assist in lead generation, help execute campaigns, and build lasting relationships with distributors. The salary for this position is negotiable based on your skills and experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Use various marketing channels to identify and generate new business leads.
- **Distributor Engagement**: Regularly visit and engage with distributors to strengthen relationships and grow the business.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, ensuring they are properly planned and effectively implemented.
- **Sales Support**: Provide the sales team with marketing materials and other tools to assist in driving sales.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- **Client Communication**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors, addressing any queries or concerns.
- **Performance Reporting**: Track the performance of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts, providing regular reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Any degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of market research, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Preferred: 0-1 year of marketing or sales experience (internship experience will also be considered).
- Freshers with a passion for marketing are also encouraged to apply.
