Role: Customer Service

1. Process customer complaints.

2. Address customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary for

job completion and customer satisfaction.

3. Maintain customer price list in order entry and invoice system.

4. Process customer orders, changes, returns and invoicing according to

established department policies and procedures.

5. Provide documentation to accounting for bill processing of air and sea

shipments.

6. Clear containers

7. Distribute weekly open purchase order reports to customers and manager.

8. 3PL inventory management and reconciliation.

9. Ability to work within a cross-functional team and matrix management

structure.

10. Strong attention to details.

11. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.

12. Excellent problem-solving skills and suggest solutions.

13. Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and to meet established

timeframes.

14. Strategic/ tactical planning and implementation capabilities.

15. Track open orders for lifecycle of the order.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
