
Client Support Executive

Research internet and conduct tele-calls to identify prospects for business.
- Compile a database of clients for prospecting.
- Getting appointments with decision makers in organizations through telephonic and internet-based approaches
- Manage training delivery scheduler and coordination with training partners.
- Administration of reimbursement expenses and coordination for CEO
- Manage scheduled activities such system backup and training coordination.
- Conduct HR activities like coordination with recruiters, scheduling interviews and office events.
- Manage data related to marketing tracker and campaign related activities.
**Key Result Areas**:
- Developing strong contact database relevant to people focused roles.
- Get appointments with key decision makers in organizations.
- Manage time bound administrative activities.
- Conduct HR coordination and activities.
- Manage trackers for project-based assignments.
**Skills Required**:
- Graduate in English Medium with fluency in English
- Must possess strong communication, virtual interaction, and telephonic skills.
- Prior experience in tele-marketing role is mandatory.
- Experience in service / administration role is preferred.
- High level of competency in MS Office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual conference platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.)
- Confidence to conduct business in virtual environment (mail and phone)
- Ability to multi-task and working under pressure is a must.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience is a must.
- Must be comfortable doing 60 to 80 calls per day
- Very good in Follow-ups
- Good in Excel
- Pleasant personality
- Preferably Female
- Immediate Joiner
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
