**Job Summary**:
The Business Associate will support the firm’s advisory services by conducting market research, analyzing financial data, tracking market trends, and providing key insights to assist clients in making informed investment decisions in the share market. The role also involves client interaction, report preparation, and collaboration with senior advisors to deliver high-quality service to both retail and institutional clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct in-depth research on share market trends, company performance, and industry dynamics.
- Analyze economic indicators, financial reports, and investment opportunities.
- Track and report on stock price movements, volume trends, and technical analysis.
- **Client Advisory Support**:

- Assist senior advisors in preparing and presenting investment strategies and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with the advisory team to develop customized portfolio solutions for clients based on their risk profiles and financial goals.
- Attend client meetings, respond to inquiries, and ensure timely communication of market developments.
- **Data Management**:

- Gather and process financial data from various sources (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) and maintain up-to-date reports on key market indicators.
- Prepare market updates, stock recommendations, and detailed analysis for client distribution.
- **Report Preparation**:

- Prepare research reports, market insights, and investment briefs for client presentations.
- Assist in the creation of investment newsletters, blogs, and white papers that highlight key market trends.
- **Compliance & Risk Management**:

- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliance protocols in all client advisory and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure that the investment recommendations align with regulatory guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of stock markets, financial instruments, and investment principles.
- 1-2 years of experience in financial services, investment banking, or equity research (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Proficiency in financial analysis tools such as Excel, and familiarity with financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
