**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
The Purchase and Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing procurement activities and supporting accounting functions to ensure the seamless operation of the organization. This role demands a strong understanding of purchasing processes, accounting principles, and proficiency in Tally ERP.

**Key Responsibilities:Purchase Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure timely procurement of quality raw materials and other goods.
- Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including vendor details, purchase requisitions, and approvals.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production and inventory teams to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, invoices, or deliveries with vendors.

**Accounts Responsibilities**:

- Record financial transactions related to procurement in Tally ERP, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Handle accounts payable, including verifying vendor invoices, processing payments, and maintaining payment schedules.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and address discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to procurement costs and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements during financial transactions.

**Coordination and Compliance**:

- Collaborate with the production, quality, and accounts departments to ensure procurement aligns with operational requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards in procurement and financial activities.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation related to purchases and accounts.

**Qualifications & Skills:Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Additional certifications in procurement or supply chain management are preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a purchase and accounts role, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical setting.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and other accounting and inventory management tools.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance related to procurement and financial transactions.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems proactively.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Ethical and reliable in handling sensitive financial and procurement data.
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Punctual and committed to meeting deadlines.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
