**Job Description: Accounts Intern**

**Position**: Accounts Intern
**Location**: Ayurved Rasayani, 48/7, Mahalunge-Nande Road, Mahalunge, Tal-Mulshi, Pune-411057, Maharashtra, India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**: Assist in accurate and timely entry of financial transactions in accounting software and Excel.
- **Invoice Management**: Support in processing purchase bills, sales invoices, and vendor payments.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Help in reconciling bank statements with company records.
- **Documentation Support**: Maintain organized files of vouchers, bills, challans, and financial records.
- **Statutory Compliance Assistance**: Support the team in preparation of PF, ESIC, GST, and TDS related data.
- **Expense Tracking**: Assist in monitoring and verifying petty cash and employee reimbursements.
- **Audit Support**: Provide required documents and data during internal/external audits.
- **Report Preparation**: Help prepare basic financial reports and summaries as instructed by the Accounts Manager.
- **Coordination**: Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payment queries.
- **Learning & Development**: Gain exposure to accounting processes in a pharmaceutical company setting.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**:

- Currently pursuing B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

**Technical Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with Tally or other accounting software (preferred).

**Communication Skills**:

- Good verbal and written communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal staff.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Team player with a proactive approach.

**Internship Details**:

- **Duration**: 3-6 months
- **Stipend**: As per company policy
- **Certificate**: Internship completion certificate will be provided.
