**Location: Hinjewadi Phase II, Pune.**

**Experience**:3 to 5 years

**Scope of work: -** Assist in day to day Purchase and Accounting is primarily responsible for computing, recording, collecting, analysing and verifying numerical data for use in maintaining accounting records of the financial operations of the company.

**Key roles and Responsibilities: -**
- Stays familiar with the company's needs
- Makes supply orders
- Search new vendors and coordinate with them
- Communicates with executives and gains approval for purchasing contracts with new vendors or on new supplies
- Create Purchase orders and follow up till it is satisfied
- Oversees supply chain management
- Maintains a network of professional contacts in order to discover new opportunities for good deals on orders
- Forecasts demand for certain products and makes orders accordingly
- GRN and Goods rejection as per the QC measures
- Checks inventory, tracks how inventory is used, and adjusts purchasing habits in accord with apparent trends
- Processes payments and invoices
- Keeps a well-organised collection of contracts for easy reference when needed
- Attends meetings to stay up to date on the company's objectives
- Attends conferences to meet potential new suppliers and glean insight from other professionals in the purchasing field
- MIS reports generation
- Taking monthly stock from production department.
- Responsible for All Daily Accounting work.
- Daily Accounting activities as Voucher Entry, Cash, bank work up to Finalization.
- Responsible to handle Vendor's Payment, Bills etc.
- Assisting the audit process.
- Preparing Purchase order.
- Fulfilling purchase requirement in time by tracking quality of purchased products
- Update purchase data in ERP/ System, preparing purchase report.
- Coordinating with accounts team for smooth transactions

Education: MBA, B.Com (Commerce), Accounts or related field required
