**Your Job**
You should have an in-depth knowledge of the procurement process and identify business and strategic needs for IT that will help the organization's growth. Strong Operation skills to manage a team of Buyers responsible for Purchase and Renewals of Information Technology goods and services to meet business objectives that will maximize the value creation for our Partners.

**What will you do**
- Lead and develop a team of IT procurement Buyers and Senior SMEs based on KOCH values and Principle Based Management
- Develop and implement IT procurement strategies, policies, and best practices, aligned with the business objectives and the IT roadmap.
- Collaborate with other KGS Procurement teams across the globe to help drive a consistent, global user experience.
- Build trusted relationships with business partners to understand their needs, expectations, and feedback, and provide proactive and effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in the IT procurement process, leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and market intelligence.
- Manage and resolve IT procurement issues and escalations, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Support the implementation and execution of IT transformation and improvement projects, bringing a strong transformation mindset and experience.

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- +5 years of experience in supply chain management, sourcing, or IT procurement
- 3 to 5 years as a supervisor managing a team is required.
- Experience in purchasing and negotiation of Hardware, Software and Technology related services

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- A passion for leveraging new technologies to transform business processes.
- Procurement Operations and Supervisor experience of 5-8 years
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and offer solutions to problems or involve the necessary people to ensure the problem is properly resolved.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Ariba/Coupa procurement software.
- Leading transformation efforts
