Interior Site Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage various interior construction projects. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and material procurement.
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project timelines.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, and escalate to the project manager as necessary.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
- Provide regular project updates to the project manager and senior management team.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations in terms of quality, schedule, and budget.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with a focus on interior finishes and installations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team of subcontractors and laborers.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
