Velocious Tech Solutions LLP is an Global startup firm founded by a team of engineering experts, the company specializes in strategic global sourcing and manufacturing services for various commodities.We are looking for an Buyers - Procurement BPO to support for Global Procurement / Supplier Management Services. POSITION DESCRIPTION: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Demonstrate capability in working with repetitive processes and transactional activities Demonstrate ability working cross-functionally in a matrix organization Be familiar and have direct experience with supply chain functions and processes: Material Planning & Logistics - shipping, receiving, inventory, transfers Supplier Quality Assurance - on time-delivery, performance metrics, validation Direct and Indirect Materials Purchasing - material requisition, purchase order, supplier data, invoicing management Knowledge on Risk Rate screening & Monitoring - NAVEX **REQUIREMENTS**: Bachelor degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain with < 2 years of experience - Ability to impact operations and effect change with positive intent - Very organized, must have strong time-management skills - Ability to understand, organize and synthesize information in an easily understandable format, sharing details with a variety of global audiences - Experience with delivery of results (time & accuracy/quality) in a production environment - SAP supply chain environment experience: Intermediate level Examples: Material Management, Material Master Purchasing/Procurement (Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Info Records) Inventory Management, Invoice Verification MM, PP, FI practical knowledge, use of t-codes for business use as transactions, analysis and reporting method Key Accountabilities as Engineer: - Participate with team members to achieve standard work proficiency, throughput and goals - Attend routine operational awareness via meetings or support activities within the team; capturing details of issues, analysis and finding resolution Identify opportunities for improvement with team and Supervisor - Responsible for maintaining a Standard Work deliverables sheet as reviewed with Team Lead BPO - Collaborate with team and business, sharing knowledge and experience - Flexibility with Matrix reporting structure, meet functional and administrative needs (Business availability, covering responsibilities to ensure requirements are satisfied) Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid sick time Schedule: - US shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
