Job Title: Senior Buyerš Location: Bangalore š¼ Experience: 4 to 7 years š Notice Period: Immediate Joiners PreferredRole OverviewThe Senior Buyer will work closely with the Category Lead/Director and Category Managers to implement sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and handle procurement processes. The focus will be on sourcing, negotiation, and supporting supplier relationship management (SRM) initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport category strategy execution and supplier relationship management initiatives.Lead sourcing and negotiation for low to medium spend Statements of Work (SOWs).Review and approve purchase requests, SOWs, and supplier documentation in Ariba, Oracle, and Fieldglass.Work with legal and finance teams to ensure correct commercial terms and budget alignment.Maintain data and documentation in procurement systems and tools.Manage supplier contracts, monitor performance, and draft variations when needed.Support business stakeholders by ensuring procurement processes and approvals are followed.Conduct market research and recommend alternate sources of supply.Engage with internal functions like Legal, Finance, and HR for alignment and approvals.Candidate ProfileEssential:3ā7 years of experience in Procurement / Buying, preferably in IT Professional Services (developers, testers, analysts, project managers, etc.)Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba and Fieldglass (preferred).Note:Candidates must have experience in Buying, Negotiation, Contract Management, Procurement, Purchase Orders, and Sourcing.Hands-on experience with procurement tools such as Ariba or Oracle is mandatory.Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.How to Apply:Interested candidates can share their CVs at swagatika.s@twsol.com with the subject line:
