**Location: Mumbai**

**MAJOR DELIVERABLES**:

- Ensure proper Accounting of sales, purchases, sales return, purchase return in SAP on real time basis with proper tracking on purchase returns.
- Debtors’ management including refund confirmation, passing & clearing sales and receipts entries, analysis of debtor ageing and taking follow-ups with operation team for outstanding debtors balances.
- Vendor management including payment processing and passing payment entries in SAP on real time basis, vendor reconciliation, clearing purchase and payment entries in SAP, procurement confirmation based on payment, follow-ups with operation team for refund from client.
- Bank reconciliation on real-time basis, Reviewing and monitoring portal on regular basis.
- Co-ordination and providing required details to the Statutory and Internal Auditors as and when required, preparing audit schedules as per Statutory and Internal Auditors requirements.
- Internal Controls and location specific compliance under indirect taxes
- Should have good interpersonal Skill and Good Excel with basic Data analytical skills and SAP exposure.
- Any other responsibility as given from time to time connected with the profile.
