**Job description**

**Designation Accounts Executive**

We are searching for high-energy account executives who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Account Executives will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage the accounts payable process, which includes verifying and processing invoices

ensuring appropriate approvals, and timely payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date system for tracking and storing AP records.
- Handle accounts receivable functions, including issuing invoices, statements, and credit

memos.
- Monitor and track outstanding customer payments and follow up on overdue account

Post and maintain general ledger entries to accurately reflect financial transactions
- Reconcile GL accounts regularly to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Allocate expenses and revenues to appropriate cost centres or projects
- Administer petty cash and ensure proper documentation for disbursements
- Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies

and applicable tax regulations.
- Utilize accounting software to record, track, and report financial transactions
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize system performance and maintain data security
- Participate in month-end and year-end financial closing processes
- Co-ordinate with sales and customer service teams to address customs billing inquiries.

**Account Executive Requirements**:

- Graduation required ( B.Com / BAF / M.Com )
- Strong time management skills
- Good communication skills ( Verbal & Written )
- Proficiency with excel & data management
