Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school’s brand and increase student admissions.
- Coordinate and manage online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Engage in school outreach activities, including tie-ups with coaching centers, preschools, and local influencers.
- Plan and execute events such as open houses, school fairs, and orientation programs.
- Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to align marketing efforts with institutional goals.
- Create and manage content for brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and the website.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences.
- Monitor and report performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in school or education sector marketing.
- Strong understanding of local education market dynamics in Agra.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred:

- Experience in school branding or working with K-12 institutions.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.

Compensation:
As per industry standards and experience.
