**About the Role**

Transparent Overseas is seeking an **energetic and result-oriented Sourcing Executive (Male)** to join our procurement team in Firozabad. This role involves both office and field work, including vendor visits, negotiations, and coordination for smooth sourcing and procurement operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and source vendors and suppliers through online portals and offline channels.
- Conduct field visits to vendors, factories, or suppliers for product inspection and verification.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost efficiency.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Build and manage strong vendor relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Support in vendor onboarding, documentation, and sourcing reports.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and follow-up skills
- Willingness to travel locally for vendor visits and coordination.
- Good knowledge of online sourcing portals and market research.
- Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills..

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
