Mba (Merchandising / Sourcing)

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities (Merchandiser)**:

- Coordinate between international buyers and internal teams (design, production, quality, logistics).
- Support **product development** - sampling, costing, and approvals.
- Prepare and track **TNA (Time & Action) plans** for timely execution of orders.
- Assist in creating presentations, quotations, and buyer communication.
- Track shipments, inspections, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain MIS reports and dashboards on Google Sheets.

**Key Responsibilities (Sourcing)**:

- Support in identifying and onboarding vendors for raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
- Collect and compare supplier quotations for cost-effectiveness.
- Research market trends, new product ideas, and material innovations.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply aligned with production needs.
- Assist in building and maintaining supplier databases.
- Support initiatives in **sustainable sourcing** (e.g., recycled glass, eco-friendly packaging).

**Must Have Skills**:

- Strong proficiency in **Google and Excel**.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Eagerness to learn export operations, product development, and vendor management.
- Team player with attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- **MBA (International Business / Marketing / Supply Chain / Operations / General Management)** - Freshers are welcome.
- No prior merchandising or sourcing experience required.
