BLA & Company is expanding its footprint in the Refractory and Foundry industry, and we're looking for an experienced Sales Executive to drive growth for our Ramming Mass division in both Domestic and International markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new B2B clients in the steel, foundry, and refractory sectors.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.

Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for smooth order execution.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.

Candidate Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in industrial/B2B sales (preferably in Ramming Mass, Refractory, or related materials).

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of export documentation and international trade is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel as needed.

Compensation:

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
