Role Overview:

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the management team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and ensuring smooth execution of daily business activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist management in daily administrative and operational tasks.

* Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules efficiently.

* Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.

* Maintain records, files, and confidential information with accuracy and discretion.

* Coordinate with different departments (accounts, operations, sales, dispatch) to ensure task completion.

* Follow up on assigned tasks and update management on progress or pending issues.

* Arrange travel itineraries, meetings, and other logistics when needed.

* Support management in decision-making by providing timely and accurate data or reports.

MUST HAVE -

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

* Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

. * Strong follow-up and coordination skills. * Professional, polite, and responsible work approach.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
