Mis Executive

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and optimize **MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers** primarily in Google Sheets.
- Automate recurring reports and processes using **Google App Script** (preferable).
- Perform detailed data analysis, validation, and interpretation to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Merchandising, Production, Finance, etc.) to collect, organize, and manage data.
- Create **data-driven insights** and presentations for management reviews.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of reports and databases.
- Assist in implementation of ERP and reporting systems, ensuring integration with Google Sheets.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and eliminate manual work.

**Must Have Skills**:

- **Expertise in Google Sheets** - formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, query functions, data validation, etc.
- **Advanced Excel** - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Macros (basic), dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with ability to manage large data sets.
- Good communication skills (written & verbal).

**Preferred / Added Advantage**:

- Knowledge of **Google App Script** or **JavaScript** for workflow automation.
- Experience in ERP data reporting and integration.
- Exposure to database management (SQL basics).

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate in Commerce / Science / Computer Applications or related field.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Reporting (Freshers with strong Google Sheets skills may also be considered).

Pay: ₹10,871.75 - ₹40,834.60 per month
