**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain wholesale inventory of pet products
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries
- Supervise back-office operations and streamline processes for efficiency
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and maintaining accurate records
- Monitor stock levels and initiate reordering when necessary
- Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues in orders
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational procedures
- Ensure the punctual and accurate processing of the entire workspace

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in wholesale operations
- Knowledge of inventory management and procurement processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
