We are seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Supervisor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing team performance, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining quality standards.

In this challenging position, you will coordinate between different departments, provide guidance and support to team members, and report on progress and any issues encountered.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The ideal candidate should have leadership and team management skills, project management and operational oversight experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and proficiency in using project management tools and software.

To succeed in this role, you will need to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Relevant industry experience is preferred, but not essential. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:
