**Job Title: Site Supervisor**

**Location**:Agra, Uttar Pradesh**

**Key Responsibilities-**
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase market penetration in the region. Identify and onboard new retail partners to improve distribution coverage.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retail clients and address their needs promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners in the region.
- Analyze sales trends and market data to identify growth opportunities and prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Coordinate a team of sales and operational staff to ensure alignment with company goals and adherence to operational guidelines.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations and maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and inventory data.

**Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree

**Experience**: 6 Months-1 Year of experience in Site Supervisor, Retail Operations

**Industry Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of the retail and distribution industry, particularly in Uttar Pradesh or similar markets.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in making the report after observation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Leadership and team management.
- Coordination

**Languages**: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
