We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our jewelry brand. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will collaborate closely with our design team to fulfill customer requirements and coordinate the entire order process.
**Responsibilities**:
Customer Interaction:
- Communicate directly with customers to understand their requirements, address inquiries, and handle any complaints or concerns.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, empathizing, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times to ensure a positive customer experience.
Coordination with Design Team:
- Liaise with the design team to translate customer requirements into specific design requests.
- Communicate design details, specifications, and any necessary modifications to the design team.
- Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between the customer and design team to meet customer expectations.
Preparation of Estimated Amount Sheet:
- Utilize the design specifications provided by the customer to prepare an estimated cost sheet for the desired jewelry piece.
- Include relevant details such as materials, labor, and additional charges to provide an accurate estimate.
- Present the estimated amount sheet to the customer for review and clarification, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Order Follow-Up:
- Proactively follow up with customers regarding the estimated amount sheet and confirm their intention to proceed with the order.
- Provide necessary updates on the order progress, including design approvals, production timelines, and any potential delays or changes.
Order Submission and Processing:
- Submit finalized orders to the production team for further processing and manufacturing.
- Ensure all necessary details, specifications, and modifications are accurately conveyed to the production team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and quality control of finished products.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately capture and communicate design specifications.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple customer requests and orders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for order management and communication.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
