**Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure to complete TAT on a daily basis and should not skip them at any cost.

2. Ensure to follow up on payments regularly and complete the tracker within 30 days of creation.

3. Ensure that any new book is sent to all his/her assigned parties within 15 working days.

4. Find and create new parties in the assigned areas.

5. Timely response on assigned ticketing system.

8. Solve party problems on an immediate basis.

9. Send daily sms, mails and whatsapp to parties for payment and order reminders and in case of new books launch without fail.

**Skills Needed:

- Should have thorough knowledge of the company's products and schemes.

Commitments should be top priority.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Be a problem solver.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
