**Job Location**: Prayagraj (UP)

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to support and execute our offline marketing activities. You will generate leads, coordinate events, assist with campaign execution, and work closely with sales and creative teams. This is an exciting opportunity to learn, grow, and make a measurable impact.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing offline marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Generate leads through corporate visits, on-ground events, outdoor promotions, and property expos.
- Track and manage all leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and update the CRM system accurately.
- Organize and manage marketing events, property exhibitions, and corporate tie-ups
- Coordinate event logistics and promotional activities with third-party vendors and partners.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop, review, and improve marketing materials and content.
- Participate in weekly sales team training sessions and conduct quality checks on calls and presentations.
- Compile, analyze, and report on campaign and event data to inform future strategies.
- Support marketing budget tracking and handle related administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic data analytics.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel for events, field activities, and corporate visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
