Job Title: Marketing Manager Intern Location: Prayagraj Duration: 6 months internship Stipend: 12,000-15,000 per month Job Summary: We're seeking an ambitious Marketing Manager Intern to lead marketing projects, develop strategies, and head the field sales team. You'll represent our company in key events and meetings, with a potential full-time offer as Marketing Manager after 6 months. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategies: - Develop and execute digital and offline marketing plans - Conduct market research and competitor analysis 2. Team Leadership: - Lead and manage the field sales team - Provide guidance and support for sales growth 3. Representation: - Attend strategic meetings and events - Represent AFB Prayagraj and ProteinWaale in key events 4. Project Management: - Oversee marketing projects from conception to execution - Ensure timely completion and effective results Requirements: 1. Pursuing MBA (final year) 2. Strong marketing knowledge and skills 3. Leadership and team management experience 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to work independently and strategically What We Offer: 1. 6-month internship with stipend (12,000-15,000/month) 2. Potential full-time offer as Marketing Manager after 6 months 3. Salary package of 3.6-4.5 LPA (based on performance) 4. Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and grow with the company Note: This internship is designed for MBA students in their final year. The stipend and salary package are negotiable based on performance and qualifications.
