**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base in the automotive parts industry.
- Identify and target potential clients within the automotive parts market, including automotive manufacturers, dealerships, and aftermarket retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and product launches.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our automotive parts.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new products, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive technology and parts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
