**Responsibility**:To look after Manpower planning, hiring and talent management as per requirement.

Collaborating with TLs to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing Back Ground verification and other paperwork for new joiners.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Assigning tasks to new joiners and analyzing them on regular basis. Additional ResponsibilitiesTo assign duties down the line & to check its effective implementation.
