**Job Summary**:
As an Outbound Call Executive at Jesus Calls Ministry, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to individuals and families to share the mission of Jesus Calls, offer prayer support, encourage engagement in ministry programs, and foster relationships with supporters. You will engage with people to pray with them, encourage spiritual growth, and inform them about the ministry's initiatives, events, and services.

**Outbound Calling**:
Make outbound calls to individuals, families, and donors to offer prayer support, share words of encouragement, and invite them to participate in ministry events and programs.

Reach out to inactive or potential supporters to re-engage them with the ministry’s mission and activities.

**Prayer Support**:
Listen to prayer requests from callers and pray with them over the phone, offering comfort and spiritual guidance.

Maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate and respectful support.

**Ministry Engagement**:
Inform callers about upcoming events, prayer meetings, or special ministry activities.

Encourage donations, partnership, or volunteer opportunities in alignment with the ministry’s goals.

**Data Management**:
Accurately record call details, including prayer requests, feedback, and any follow-up actions required.

Update the ministry’s database with relevant information after each call.

**Support Campaigns**:
Assist in ministry campaigns by calling individuals and organizations to raise awareness, funds, or involvement in outreach programs.

Communicate special initiatives or seasonal events (e.g., Christmas or Easter programs).

**Follow-Up**:
Conduct follow-up calls to check on prayer requests, update callers on answered prayers, or provide further ministry support.

Maintain ongoing relationships with regular ministry supporters.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
