Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a US Health Testing Outbound Calls Representative for our night shift. As a representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for health testing services. You will be making outbound calls, providing information about our health testing services, answering questions, and coordinating with the team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our health testing services
- Provide information about our services and answer any questions customers may have
- Schedule appointments for health testing services
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide any additional information
- Coordinate with the team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience
- Accurately enter customer information and appointment details into our database
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment quotas
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers at all times

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in outbound call center or telemarketing is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work night shift hours
- working days (Monday to Friday)
