**Position**: Sales Coordinator

**Reporting To**:HOD

**Location**:Andheri, Mumbai

**Experience**:2 - 5 Yrs.

**Notice Period** : Immediate Joiners.

**Qualification**: Any Graduate

**Required Skills**:
Handling Sales and Sales Report.

Preparing, Filing & Sending Tender and Quotation.

Lead Generation.

Assist to Sales Manager.

Knowledge of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) website.

Clients & Customers Handling.

Closure of Orders & deals.

Achieve Sales Target**.**

Proven experience in Sales, Sales coordination and generating leads will be considered a plus.

Organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving skills.

A team player with high level of dedication.

B.sc / BBA / BA in business administration or relevant field.

Certification in sales or marketing will be an asset.

**Computer knowledge**: MS office
- especially MS Excel, MS outlook, Power Point Presentation.

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills
- Able to work under deadlines and pressure
- Passionate to accept challenges
- Organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving skills.

**Job Profile**:
Should have knowledge of preparing & sending quotations for tenders and take a follow-up of orders.

Coordinate and Assist to the Sales Manager in generating leads.

Knowledge of GeM and how to quote for the tenders.

Proficiency in MS - Excel & MS - Word.

Help to organize and build the databases.

Should have knowledge of customers and client handling.

Should have knowledge of lead generation and close the deals.

**Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi (preferably).**
