**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator (Foods) at Damati Foods

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team at Damati Foods in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Coordinate sales activities for Damati Foods, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and presentations.
- Prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations specific to Damati Foods products.
- Handle customer inquiries related to Damati Foods products and provide product information, pricing, and quotes.
- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our CRM system tailored to Damati Foods.
- Monitor the sales pipeline for Damati Foods and follow up on leads to ensure timely conversion.
- Collaborate with other departments at Damati Foods, such as marketing and logistics, to support sales initiatives.
- Maintain a database of customer information specific to Damati Foods and ensure it is kept up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets for Damati Foods products.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team at Damati Foods, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
- Conduct market research specific to Damati Foods products to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Participate in sales meetings at Damati Foods and provide input to improve sales strategies and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
- Knowledge of the food industry and market trends is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
