**_Employee Success Specialist_**

**_What you will do:_**
- _ Design & execute employee engagement programs that engage, motivate and support employees to perform at their best, in line with our vision of creating a truly unique culture that celebrates learning, innovation and performance._
- _ Monitor engagement and success of each program, analyze feedback and gaps, identify trends and revise programs as needed._
- _ Be deft in creating and delivering presentations that are catchy and creative. _
- _Follow up and follow through with keen attention to detail on every employee related activity, such as payroll, performance reviews, fun activities, handling employee grievances etc._
- _ Identify and drive process improvements and tools to ensure efficiency, engagement, scalability and operational excellence. _

**_ You have:_**
- _ 1 to 3 years of people strategy, business operations or HR experience_
- _ Excellent communication skills, oral and written _
- _Experience in Training, On-boarding, or People Operations_
- _ Previous experience in Payroll or knowledge about Payroll activity_
- _ Previous experience in Conducting and organizing Employee Engagement activities, designing creatives/ posters_
- _ Knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel (vlookup, pivot, analyzing data)_
- _ Public speaking skills (addressing company wide programs
- AHM, weekly/monthly reviews)_
- _ Previous experience in Grievance handling_
