Role Description

Fleet Safety Maintenance & ELD coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
1.Provide ELD, Camera & safety training to drivers & owner operators.
2.Monitor & maintain the ELD records of the drivers.
3.Monitor for HOS violations and issue warnings to drivers, retrain them whenever required
4.Maintain safety records and reports.
5.Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
6.Other safety duties assigned by the manager
7. Handling Fleet Maintenance as per requirement.
8. Daily handling Temperature tracking and truck report.
9. Handling Damage container till claim process.
10. Daily Yard check report.
11. Monthly Unidedfied miles check and sending report.
12. Monthly Telematic report.
13. Track and tracing of fleet and install GPS in the equipments.
14.ELD Audit of driver safety.
15. CVIP Audit monthly.
16. Daily fuel cards activations and preparing data for IFTA.
17. Invoice attachment in TMS. Update paperwork in the system regarding truck, trailer etc.
18.Handling breakdowns.
19.Handling DVIR
20. Handling driver ID and their records.

**Requirements**:
1. Strong knowledge of safety, maintenance, compliance, and fuel management.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Willingness to learn and commit to long-term employment.
4.Experience with TMS systems, specifically Axon and Port Pro, is preferred.
5. Ready to maintain and update operational data and process information in Google Sheets as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
