**Job Summary**:
We’re looking for a proactive **Safety & Compliance Executive** with **2-4 years of experience** in logistics or transportation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational safety, regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in safety standards across logistics operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and enforce safety protocols across logistics and fleet operations.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international transport regulations.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Maintain documentation and reports as per regulatory requirements.
- Train staff on safety practices and compliance updates.
- Coordinate with external agencies for inspections and certifications.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience in logistics safety and compliance.
- Knowledge of national/international transport laws and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with safety audit tools and reporting systems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
