**JOB Title: Growth Marketer**

We are looking for a **data-driven and creative Growth Marketer** to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role sits at the intersection of **marketing, product development, and data analysis**, leveraging **growth hacking techniques, experimentation, and conversion optimization** to drive sustainable business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a **growth strategy** focusing on acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Design and run **experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests)** to optimize conversion funnels and improve user experience.
- Identify **high-impact growth opportunities** through rapid testing and iteration.
- Analyze **user behavior, retention metrics, and conversion rates** to identify drop-off points and optimize the user journey.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to **enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention**.
- Implement **data-driven CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)** strategies to improve key performance metrics.
- Leverage **viral loops, referral programs, influencer collaborations, and content marketing** to drive organic growth.
- Utilize **paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)** to scale user growth efficiently.
- Experiment with **new growth channels**, automation tools, and innovative marketing techniques.
- Use **Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools** to track performance and extract insights.
- Develop **dashboards and reports** to measure growth KPIs and make data-backed decisions.
- Continuously test and iterate based on real-time data insights.

**Key Requirements**

**Must-Have Skills & Experience**:

- **3+ years of experience** in growth marketing, digital marketing, or product-led growth.
- Strong understanding of **A/B testing, CRO, and data-driven decision-making**.
- Hands-on experience with **Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, and marketing automation tools**.
- Proficiency in **SQL or Python (preferred)** for advanced data analysis.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a **strong experimentation approach**.
