Growth Atom is a dynamic **digital marketing agency in Kolkata** helping businesses unlock their true potential through innovative strategies, powerful storytelling, and impactful online presence. We’re looking for a **curious, detail-oriented, and creative Social Media Executive** to join our fast-growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing **monthly social media strategies and content calendars**.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, monitoring, and community interaction across **Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube**.
- Ensure **brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency** across all platforms.
- Support in **content creation** — captions, hashtags, reels, carousels, and stories.
- Conduct **keyword research** and integrate relevant terms into social content for better reach.
- Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to suggest data-driven improvements.
- Engage with followers: responding to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate manner.
- Research **social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities** to keep content fresh and relevant.
- Collaborate with the design and strategy teams to execute campaigns effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field.
- Knowledge of tools like **Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar**.
- Basic understanding of **SEO and keyword research**.
- Familiarity with **Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content formats, and carousel posts**.
- Google Analytics or social media certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent **written and verbal communication skills**.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about digital content and marketing.
