**Job Title**: Business Development Manager (BDM) - Training & Placement
**Location**: Mysore
**Experience**: 2-5 years in Business Development, Sales, or Training & Placement
**Industry**: Education, EdTech, Training & Development

**Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Partnerships**
- Identify and establish partnerships with colleges, universities, and corporates for training and placement programs.
- Generate leads through networking, events, and digital outreach to increase enrollments.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.

**2. Training & Placement Coordination**
- Collaborate with companies to facilitate student placements in various industries.
- Maintain relationships with HR professionals and hiring managers to ensure job opportunities for students.
- Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and corporate connect sessions.
- Ensure successful training and career development programs for students.

**3. Sales & Revenue Generation**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through training and placement services.
- Promote training programs to individuals and institutions, ensuring high conversion rates.
- Create proposals, presentations, and pricing models for corporate clients.

**4. Branding & Marketing**
- Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Represent the organization in industry events, workshops, and networking forums.
- Enhance the company’s brand presence in the education and training sector.

**5. Team Collaboration & Reporting**
- Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and placement officers to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance and market trends.
- Work closely with management to align business development strategies with organizational goals.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:
Strong experience in business development, sales, or corporate relations in the education/training sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Understanding of training programs, student career development, and placement processes.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Strong networking skills and ability to connect with HR professionals and hiring managers.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
