**Job Description: Training & Placement Executive (CPMP Coordinator)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Corporate Relations to secure internships and placements.
- Collaborate with corporate leaders to bring practical insights and real-world experiences into the programs.
- Source corporate practitioners from industries such as Marketing, Digital Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Business Analytics.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard trainers specializing in soft skills, life skills, and aptitude training.
- Create schedules, content outlines, and resource plans for seamless program delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with trainers, industry experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Oversee program execution, ensuring trainers and practitioners meet the expected standards.
- Monitor participant feedback to refine and improve program content and delivery.
- Assess and ensure the quality and relevance of program content and delivery methods.
- Prepare reports on program outcomes, trainer effectiveness, and participant engagement for senior management review.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- 0-2 years of experience in Corporate Relations, L&D, program coordination, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of identifying and working with trainers and corporate practitioners.
- **Skills**:

- Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends across Marketing, HR, Finance, and other relevant fields.
- Proficient in program planning and delivery tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
